6 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of celery
1 stick of butter
1 tube Ritz crackers, finely crushed
Poppy Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix soups and sour cream. Mix in chicken. Pour in a greased casserole dish. Melt butter. Mix crackers in butter and sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Sprinkle poppy seeds over the top (about 3-4 tbsp).

Bake in oven for about 45 minutes or until bubbly. Let cool and serve over rice.
