1 egg white
2-4 T. flour
1 T. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, put on dish towel, wrap it, then cover with another dish towel. Leave on chest 1/2 hour with heating pad.

Grampa Christenson used this mustard plaster on us when we had a chest cold. Believe me it smells and it works!!
