1 cup butter
2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups quick oatmeal
Chocolate Filling:
15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
12 oz. pkg.butterscotch
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Stir in oatmeal. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Set aside. To make filling mix chips, milk, butter and salt; melt over low heat. When smooth add nuts and vanilla. Spread 2/3 of oatmeal mixture in a 10x15 pan. Cover with chocolate filling. Dot with remaining 1/3 of oatmeal.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool
