1 cup butter, softened
3 cups brown sugar, packed
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 2/3 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 tablespoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cup sour cream
1 1/3 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each egg. Set your mixture to high and beat the mixture till light and fluffy. Blend in vanilla. Combine flour, soda, cocoa and salt. Then add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Beat on low till just combined. Stir in boiling water until blended well.

Pour into 3 greased cake pans and bake for 35 minutes.
