2 tbsp. lard
200g sugar
1 tin condensed tomato soup
400g self raising flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves and nutmeg
200g raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Cream lard with sugar.
Stir in tomato soup.
Sift in the flour, salt, cinnamon,cloves and nutmeg.
Add the raisins.
Bake at 375ºF for 40-45 minutes.
If desired, cover with almond flavoured butter icing.
