1lb mixed fruit
1/2 pint cold tea
1 egg
8oz castor sugar
1lb self raising flour
1 level tsp. mixed spice
Directions:
Directions:
Soak the fruit overnight in the tea.
In the morning add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Put into a baking tin, lined with greaseproof paper, or grease the tin.
Cook at 160º for 1- 1 1/4 hours.
