50g butter/margarine
3 tbsp. honey
3 good sized bananas
150g plain flour
1tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and honey together.
Add mashed bananas to butter, set aside.
Sieve flour and other dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Stir banana mix into dry ingredients.
Fold until combined. The mix will look lumpy. If it is too dry add a small amount of milk.
Turn out into about 12 muffin cases.
Bake for approximately 12/15 minutes until risen and firm to touch.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes before eating.
