Use 1 Ready Made Pie Crust.

3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
One heaping 1/2 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup chopped pecan pieces
1 cup semi sweet Ghiradelli chocolate chips (or your favorite brand)

Preheat oven to 350 deegrees.

Unfold pre-made pie crust and put it into pie crust plate.

Beat the eggs thoroughly with a fork, and then to it add the vanilla and pinch of salt. Add the sugar, flour and mix well. Melt the butter and add it into the mix. Mix well.

To this mixture, add the Karo syrup, then the pecans and chocolate chips, mixing throughly with your fork.

Fill pie crust shell with pecan mixture. Bake for 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, until pie is lightly browned, and knife when inserted comes out slightly moist.
