1 packet sultanas or mixed fruit, cherries
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups self raising flour
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. mixed spice
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup liquid (tea, orange juice, beer)
Directions:
Directions:
Put the fruit, sugar, mixed spice, olive oil and liquid into the mixing bowl.

Add the beaten eggs.

Mix well, then add flour.

Put into a well greased tin.

Cook in a low oven for about 1 hour.
