1 lb. seasoned pork sausage
4 lbs. ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chili powder
3 large cans chopped tomatoes
1 medium can tomato paste
1 large can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 9 oz. can chopped black olives
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
Grated cheddar and sour cream for topping

Cook ground beef and sausage together until brown. Drain, return to pot and add chopped onions. Saute until onions are cooked. Sprinkle flour and chili powder evenly over meat and onions. Add all remaining ingredients except kidney beans. Cook on low heat for 2-3 hours, stirring frequently. Add kidney beans during last half hour of cooking.

Spoon into bowls and top with sour cream and grated cheese.
