8oz self raising flour
4oz sugar
12oz mixed fruit
2 eggs (not beaten)
4oz butter or spread
1/4 tsp. mixed spice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Toss the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat together for 4-5-minutes.Turn into a greased cake tin and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 175ºF.

Double quantities for a larger cake - EASY!
