Crust:
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
3 oz. cream cheese

Filling:
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. margarine, melted
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
For crust, mix all ingredients and chill for 1 hour. Do not overmix or crust will be rubbery. Place small amount of dough into ungreased cups of miniature muffin pan and shape.

For filling: Mix all ingredients and fill miniature shells about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 F and bake for 10 minutes more. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack to prevent sweating.
