4 cups diced potatoes
1 cup chopped onions
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
2 cups water
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, onion, chicken broth and water in a large pan. Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk; heat thoroughly. Garnish with diced ham, crumbled bacon or shredded cheddar cheese.
