1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1 medium onion cut into chunks
2 ribs celery cut into 2" pieces
1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut in chunks
1 large egg
Splash of milk
1 C breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. grill seasoning
1 C smoky barbecue sauce
1/2 C tomato salsa
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put ground beef in a big bowl. Put the bell pepper pieces, onion and celery in food processor and pulse blades to finely chop vegetables and add them to meat bowl. Add egg, beaten with milk, bread crumbs and grill seasoning to the bowl. Next, mix together the smoky barbecue sauce, salsa and the Worcestershire sauc. Pour half the sauce mixture into the bowl with the meatloaf mix. Mix the meatloaf together. Brush a 12-muffin tin with oil. Use an ice-cream scoop to fill meat into each tin. Top each meat loaf with a spoonful of extra sauce. Bake about 20 minutes. Recipe from Rachel Ray.
