1 1/2 lb. flank steak
orange marmelade or orange juice or both
low sodium soy sauce
salt, pepper and Cavender's Greek seasoning
1 medium size sweet onion - sliced
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 Tblsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Season flank steak with salt, pepper and Greek seasoning and put in a large zip lock bag. Mix orange marmalade or orange juice with soy sauce and add it to the bag. Make sure the steak is evenly coated with the marinade, and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Turn the bag from time to time to make sure the steak is evenly coated.

Saute sliced mushrooms in 1 Tblsp. butter until they let off liquid and then absorb it again. Remove from pan. Add the other 1 Tblsp. butter and saute the onion until soft. Remove pan from heat. Heat up the grill and cook the flank steak for three to four minutes on each side. Remove from grill and slice at an angle in thin slices. Add steak slices, juices, remaining marinade and cooked mushrooms to the onion slices in the skillet.
Cook over medium heat until desired doneness. Serve with garlic parmesean pasta or seasoned rice and a salad
