9 large potatoes
6oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 stick butter-divided
3/4 c. milk
1 2qt casserole

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes, cube them, cook them in water until tender. Then drain and mash them in a large mixer bowl. Add softened cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, pepper, milk and beat until smooth after each addition. Place the potatoes into the casserole dish and dot with butter. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350º for 40minutes.
