5 potatoes, medium size
1/2 c. milk
1 cube of butter melted
3 eggs beaten
1 small carton sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbs. crisco oil
1/4 c. oil for the bottom of the casserole
1 2qt. casserole dish


Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes. Drain and place into a large mixer bowl. Add milk and butter, beat until smooth. Fold into the beaten potatoes the 3 beaten eggs, sour cream, salt and oil. Mix well together. Place 1/4 c. of oil in the bottom of the casserole dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 400º for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
