Ingredients:  
Head of lettuce - broken up
Diced onion
Thawed frozen peas
Hard boiled eggs - cut up
Optional vegetables: green peppers, carrots, etc.
Mayonnaise
½ pkg. fried bacon or bacon bits
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Break up lettuce and put in bottom of 9 x 13 dish.
Add onions, peas, eggs, and optional vegetables of your choice. Add a little milk to mayonnaise before spreading over top of lettuce mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese over mayo. Sprinkle bacon over mayo/cheese. Refrigerate before serving.
