4 or 5 potatoes
1 med. onion
½ lb. bacon, diced
Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes. Place on a large piece of foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with onions and bacon, that has been diced and fried crisp. Drizzle over this, 2 or 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings and sprinkle on the cheese that has been grated. Fold foil around mixture and bake on grill or in oven about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
