48 jumbo shrimp, raw with tail-on
15 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 c. fresh parsley
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
3/4 c. olive oil

Sauce:
1/2 c. oil packed sundried tomatoes drained
1/2 c. onion, cut into wedges
2 large roasted garlic (or t tsp. roasted garlic puree)
1 tsp of each:Dijon mustard, worchester sauce, molasses, sherry vinegar (or balsamic),granulated sugar, minced thyme, minced rosemary.
11/4 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Coat shrimp with mixture and refrigerate.

Sauce:
Puree tomatoes, onions and roasted garlic until smooth. Add rest of ingredients except mayo. Puree until smooth. Blend in mayo.

Place shrimp in boiler or on grill till pink.

Serve shrimp and dip.
