2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1 T. molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to º350
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans
Beat eggs till light and fluffy, add sugar, van. and oil. Blend well.
Stir in Zucchini. Sift together flour, soda powder, salt and cinnamon. Blend and cream. Fold in nut and molasses. Cook 50 min. to 1 hour.
