corn starch or corn flour
food coloring

Mix soap with corn starch and food coloring to the consistency of paint. (Make it thick for the bathtub or thin and it works as sidewalk paint.) Shaving cream and food coloring also make a fun finger paint – if Daddy is willing to part with some.
