1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. honey
4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground coriander seeds
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 6-oz. can thawed orange juice

4 6-oz. salmon fillets, skinned
Orange wedges (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400º. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray.

Combine first 9 ingredients. Brush both sides of fish with orange mixture. Reserve remaining mixture.

Place fish on broiler pan. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.

Place remaining orange mixture in saucepan, bring to a boil and cook until reduced to 1/2 cup (about 2 minutes). Serve with fish. Garnish with orange wedges and parsley.
