º325 Preheat Oven. I 8oz. package Philadelphia cream cheese1 package Pillsbury crescent rolls, 4 boneless chicken breasts, 1 bunch green onions, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs, pepper to season mixture.

Boil chicken for approximate. 1 hour, remove from pan and cool. Meanwhile, combine softened cream cheese, melted butter, chopped green onions, pepper, milk ,and eventually fold in cooled chicken chopped into small pieces; mix thoroughly. Open pkg. of crescent rolls, making 4 squares out of the 8 triangles by blending edges of 2 triangles together. Spoon large tablespoon of mixture in center of dough square, then pull all 4 edges together making a 'dumpling. You may sprinkle top of dumpling with melted butter and bread crumbs before baking.Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.

Delicious served with asparagus and side of cranberry sauce. Makes a quick and special dish for unexpected company too. May be made ahead of time and frozen.
