3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 skinless half chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 med. onion, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp. margarine/butter
1 cup chicken broth
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. thyme
Lemon wedges
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

In plastic bag, combine flour, salt, & pepper and shake to mix. Add chicken to coat. Remove & save extra flour.

In large skillet, warm 1 Tbsp. oil over medium heat. Add chicken & brown on one side - about 5 minutes. Add remaining oil, turn chicken, brown well on 2nd side - about 5 minutes. Set chicken aside on a plate. Add margarine and onion to skillet. Stir in reserved flour & cook, stirring until well blended - about one minute. Add broth, 2 Tbsp. lemon juice and thyme; bring to a boil - stirring constantly. Return chicken to skillet, reduce heat to medium low and cover skillet. Cook about 5 minutes.

Divide chicken among 4 plates. Stir in remaining 1 Tbsp. lemon juice into skillet and pour over chicken. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with parsley.
