4 ounces cream cheese
1/4-1/2 teaspoon mint flavoring
food coloring to match occasion
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, coloring and flavoring with 1 cup powdered sugar with fork. (Much easier to mix with hands!) Keep adding powdered sugar until consistency of stiff putty but not too stiff. Pinch into small balls and roll in granulated sugar. Press into mint mold and level off. Pop out onto waxed paper tray. Let dry, turn over and let other side dry. Individual pop-out molds work best.
