4 boneless chicken breasts cooked and diced
4 cups chicken broth
3 cups 1/2 & 1/2
1 can tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 cup chipotle salsa
1 can green chilis
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 TBSP lime juice
1 can cream of chick soup
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add all ingrediants (except chicken) into blender or food processer. Mix until pureed. Pour into stock pot with chicken and simmer over low heat until heated through.

Corn or flour tortillas - cut into strips and fry in hot oil until crispy. Put strips in bottom of bowl, top with soup, shredded cheddar jack cheese and sour cream.

We eat soup every Sunday from September - May. This is definately a favorite of everyone in the house for *souper Sundays*!
