1 1/2 C vegetable oil
3/4 C soy sauce
1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
1 C wine vinegar
1/3 C lemon juice
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Marinate pork loin, chops or ribs. Marinade is best if used marinate at least one hour. Can marinate pork loin or roast overnight. I was given this recipe by Kris Fisher when we lived in Phoenix in 1972.
