2 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups Wesson oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 (1 ounce) bottles red food coloring

ICING:
1 stick margarine
1 box confectioner's sugar (1 pound)
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients and pour into greased and floured pan or pans. Bake in 350º oven approximately 25-30 minutes or until done.

Mix frosting ingredients and spread on cake.
