Favorite pie dough for two crusts
7 lg. ripe peaches, sliced
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon (more or less to taste)
Flour
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out crust to fill 1 1/2 -2 qt. baking dish with enough to fold over after filling. Place peaches in dish: sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and enough flour to thicken. Dot with butter. Fold dough up and over filling; pinch together on top. Brush a little milk over dough. Bake at 425º for about 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
