4 c. grated zucchini
1 c. grated carrots
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 box Stove Top chicken stuffing mix, dry
2 Tbsp margarine or butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and place in baking dish. Bake covered at 350º for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
