Yellow Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
1 stick softened Real Butter
4 large eggs
1 cup Light Coconut Milk (canned)
FILLING:
16 oz sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 bag sweetened coconut
1 large cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix according to directions for cake mix. Add the coconut milk instead of water. Bake according to mix directions in 3 9" round cake pans.

Mix filling ingredients together. sour cream, sugar and coconut. Spread 1/2 of filling between layers.
Wrap stacked layers in plastic wrap. Store in refrigerator for 2 or 3 days. To prepare frosting take remaining 1/2 of filling and add almost a whole large cool whip and mix with mixer. Frost the top and sides.
