1 package yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
approximately 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Put the yeast in the lukewarm water with the sugar and let foam. Put the flour in a mixing bowl and form a hole in the middle. Put the yeast mixture into the hole. Add remaining ingredients and knead well. Let rise 15-30 minutes. Roll out and put on a baking sheet to which a little olive oil has been added. Add pizza sauce and toppings of choice. Cook for 15 minutes at 425º.
