1 6-ounce box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
2 cups cooked chicken pieces
1 can (10 1/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine rice with chicken, soup, and milk. Mix well. Add water chestnuts and transfer to 8-by-11 inch baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake 30 minutes in preheated oven. Casserole may be prepared the day before and refrigerated. Increase baking time 10-15 minutes.
