2 lbs. hamburger
2 T. Morton's Tender Quick Salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 C. water
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 T. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and form into 3 rolls. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap, put on cookie sheet; refrigerate 24 hours.
2. Remove from wrap and put on broiler pan with dip through rack.
3. Bake uncovered at 250º for 1 1/2 hours. Turn rolls over after first 45 minutes. Cool, wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate.
