4 sm Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 Jalapeņo Chile, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 C finely chopped Onion
1 to 2 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Lime Juice
1/2 tsp Crushed Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt

In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion and chile. Add olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, oregano and salt. Let sauce stand 2 hours to blend flavors.
