TACO SOUP

1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 can whole kernel corn - undrained
1 can dark kidney beans - undrained
1 can stewed or chopped tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce - plus 1 can water
1 package taco seasoning


Directions:

Brown ground beef with onion and drain.
Add other ingredients and simmer a while.
Top with grated cheese - sour cream - if
you like that. Serve with chips or crackers.

Wonderful and quick. Good the next day as
I like to add cornchips or tortilla chips to the bowl before putting in the soup and then scatter some on top with grated cheese
