1 large (family size) bag of frozen broccoli florets
1 large sweet Vidalia onion (diced)
1 large can cream of mushroom soup (family size)
1 egg
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers (crumbled)

Directions:
Directions:
Steam broccoli florets until tender. While the broccoli is steaming you can mix all the other ingredients (except the crackers) in a 9X13 casserole dish. Drain the broccoli very good and fold into the other mixture. Crumble the Ritz crackers onto the top and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Check to see if it is getting too brown on top then you can cover with aluminum foil until finished. It should be bubbly around the edges.
