CRUST:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts (chopped)

CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 1/4 c.Cool Whip





PUDDING LAYER:
2 small pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together with fork. Press into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 10 min. Cool.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.
Prepare pudding with milk. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Frost with rest of 9 oz. container Cool Whip. Sprinkle walnuts (or browned coconut) on top.
**You can also sprinkle Hershey's chocolate shavings on top.
