1 ¼ C hot water
3/4 C salsa
1 Tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
6 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 C shredded Jack or cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water, add 1/4 cup salsa, butter, and contents of vegetable seasoning packet in a 2-quart baking dish. Stir in stuffing crumbs to moisten. Arrange chicken breasts over stuffing and pour remaining salsa over chicken. Loosely cover pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, fluff stuffing with fork and serve.
