1 medium head of cabbage, shredded
2 bunches of green onions
2 packages of Top Ramen noodles, crushed
1 carrot shredded, optional
1-2 C diced cooked chicken, optional
½ C sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. butter
Dressing:
½ C seasoned rice vinegar
½ C canola oil
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
½ C sliced almonds
1 package of Top Ramen seasoning (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in frying pan and toast almonds, sesame seeds and crushed Top Ramen noodles until golden brown. Set mixture aside until completely cooled. Slice green onions and toss with shredded cabbage and carrot (carrot added for color only). Put all dressing ingredients in a covered container and shake well. Keep cabbage mixture and dressing refrigerated until ready to use. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture immediately before serving and toss with toasted almonds, sesame seeds and Top Ramen. For a complete meal add the chicken, toss and enjoy.
