2 heads torn Romaine lettuce
1/2 C olive oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. anchovy paste
1 Tbsp. spicy mustard
4 cloves crushed garlic
1 small lemon
1 C fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Croutons
Grilled chicken breasts or shrimp, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Blend olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic and anchovy paste. Pour over lettuce immediately before serving. Squeeze lemon into the bowl that dressing was made in, stir to “rinse” out bowl then pour over lettuce. If you are not serving the salad immediately, you can mix lemon in with other dressing ingredients. Mix in Parmesan cheese and garnish with croutons. Can top with grilled chicken or shrimp and dinner is served! This recipe was originally from Sarah Ehret.
