Jalapeņos, medium - large size
8oz Cream Cheese
1lb. pkg Bacon

Each jalapeņo will make two servings. The larger the jalapeņos the more cream cheese will be needed and vise versa.

Directions:
*Must wear latex gloves.

Wash the jalapeņos, cut in half (length wise) and remove the seeds and core.
Soften the cream cheese.
Take a spoon and fill the jalapeņo halves with cream cheese.
Cut the bacon strips in half.
Place a half bacon strip around the filled jalapeņo and secure with a toothpick.
Grill or bake in the oven until the bacon is cooked and the cream cheese is a little brown. Place on a cookie sheet if baking in the oven.
