1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage roll
46 oz. tomato juice
two 6 oz. cans of tomato paste
2 cans Bush's Chili Beans ( red beans in chili sauce)
4 cans diced tomatoes
3 tbs. chili powder
2 tbs. beef base
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1.5 tsp dried oregano
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
chopped onions
minced garlic

My ingredients are specified for a 7 qt. crock pot, you may want to reduce your ingredients for a smaller crock pot.

In skillet brown sausage and drain then add to crock pot. Then brown ground beef drain and add 1/2 package of taco seasoning then drain and add to crock pot. Let cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. Stir occasionally more often when on high. then serve

In crock pot Add:
tomato juice an paste
diced tomatoes
chili powder
beef base
dried oregano
chopped onion and garlic
dabs of Franks Red hot
Bush's Chili Beans

if you like your beans soft then ad them now if you prefer them tough then add them an hour before you serve
