2 whole chicken breast ( 4 boneless halves)
2 pkgs cream cheese softened
1-2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c Franks hot sauce
1 c blue cheese dressing or ranch

Directions:
Directions:
Poach the chicken and shred or chop up.

Beat cream cheese, blue cheese and red hot sauce. Fold in shredded chicken. Spread mixture into pie plate sprayed with Pam or microwave safe casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Add cheddar cheese to top and bake additional 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot with Frito scoops.

This dip is requested each time we have a pot luck or shower of any kind at work. You can cut down on the hot sauce if you do not want it so hot.
