3 tbsp butter
1 1/3 corzo
3 c chicken broth
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
6 tbsp fresh basil minced or 1 1/2 tbsp dried
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy 10" skillet over medium high heat. Add orzo and saute for 2 minutes. Add broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed. (20 minutes). Mix in Parmesan and basil. Transfer to bowl and garnish with basil sprigs.
