1 cup Baking Mix
1/3 cup Milk
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 pound Hot Sausage
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1 Egg

2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped Green Chiles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix baking mix, milk, and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise in bowl. Press into greased 9x13in baking dish. Saute sausage with onion in skillet; drain on paper towels. Spread in baking dish. Beat egg with remaining 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, cheese and chiles in bowl. Spread over sausage layer. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes. Cut into squares.
