1 lg. can pumpkin
3 lg. eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 T. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 yellow butter cake mix
1 1/2 sticks butter (melted)
1 1/2 cups pecans (chopped)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs slightly and then add the pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix together and pour into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Sprinkle the dry cake mix onto the top. Then add the chopped pecans. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350º for 50-55 mins.
