1 head letttuce
1 head cauliflower
1 diced onion
1 can water chestnuts
1 package frozen peas
1 lb. (or a little more) bacon, fried & crumbled
mayonnaise
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingredients in order listed in an airtight container. Spread with thin layer of mayo to seal. Sprinkle (cover) with parmesan cheese. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight. Toss just before serving.
