1 lb chuck roast, cut in 1 inch chunks
1 cup baby carrots, cut in bite size pieces
4 med. potatoes, peeled and diced in bite size piece's
2 onions cut in bite size chunks
1/2 cup water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 can diced tomato
1 can beef gravy

Directions:
Preheat oven 375º. Bake roast in large covered baking pan. Bake with carrots, onions, potatoes, water and salt/pepper for 2 hours. After meat is tender, add tomatoes, gravy and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
